some issues with the room , though
stained carpetunfriendly staff
the room i had was not great , the carpet looked very old and had some stains , i didn't like that. the staff could have been a little more friendly. also , breakfast was not what i expected , it was mainly just cereals.

The location was prime. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants! the family room had traditional high ceilings. a fridge and kettle were great additions. the owners were attentive. They maintained a good balance.
the street parking WAS challenging, but a pay lot was close.

the hotel sits close to the beach. the hotel is close to several restaurants. the location is also near public transportation, this made exploring the area easy. a supermarket nearby offers convenience.

Breakfast included fruit, cake, cereals, and yogurt. A new coffee machine made various coffees. The tea room remained open until 7pm. It allowed guests to have coffee and biscuits. this was convenient.

our family room included a kettle and fridge. traditional corniced high ceilings and stained glass windows decorated the room. the room was spacious and luminous, it was also impeccably clean.
